We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be resourceful, leveraging on recruitment technology and using creative talent attraction techniques to bring in the best and brightest talents across the globe to ReverseAds.

Reporting of the role :

This role reports to the HR Manager in HQ Phuket.

Job Description:
  • Establish a strong business relationship with our senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and desired expectations 

  • Analyse and improve existing internal practices, process and policies, and the technology available to strengthen the talent acquisition strategy and output 

  • Begin using quantitative and qualitative data to provide a regular reporting and predictive analysis internally, and be able to anticipate future requirements 

  • Evaluate full year’s recruitment activity and help in assessing talent gaps and performance to envision future strategy to achieve best in class hires 

  • Set-up internal programs that optimize recruitment activity (e.g., referral program)

  • Full cycle recruiting: manage the recruiting process. Sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent 

  • Hire the best, fast: manage an agile and flexible process. There are many open positions now 

  • Partner with your hiring managers: work closely with your hiring managers to understand current and future people's needs. You will lead them through the entire recruiting process. Build an open, collaborative and authentic relationship across all levels and functions 

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience: you are the first point of contact with the candidates in communication by phone, emails or personal meetings


  • 3 years minimum of recruiting global experience, ideally within a start-up 

  • An extensive talent network experience working as an individual contributor and a proven track record of recruiting high volume within Sales, Marketing and Tech 

  • A high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

  • Highly solution-driven, adaptable, and possess a strong growth mindset 

  • A willingness to relocate to Bangkok or base in Bangkok and a desire to make a big impact 

  • Strong language proficiency English is mandatory
