ReverseAds has an exciting opportunity for a Account Manager to join our Advertising team!

We are a big data company with an open web advertising solution that reverses the search ad process by putting superior data first. We are looking for talented people to join our fast-growing company in Phuket, Thailand.

Job Description:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate renewal contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Collaborate with Reporting team for timely campaign summaries and reports to clients.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Qualification:
- Prior marketing project management and/or agency experience is a must. Direct experience in digital marketing solutions strongly preferred.
- At least 2 Years of experience working in account management, marketing and/or advertising.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience.
- Prior marketing project management and/or agency experience is a must.
- Direct experience in digital marketing solutions is strongly preferred
- Excellent English communication and writing.
- A very well organised person with utmost attention to details
- Good knowledge of marketing management, strategic planning, and execution skills
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, digital project management, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Have your own laptop.
- Willing to relocate to Phuket.
