B2B Account Executive, APAC
ReverseAds is a big data company with an open web advertising solution that reverses the search ad process by putting superior data first. We are looking for a talented Gobal B2B Account Executive to join us in Thailand now!

· 5-7% commission structure on all business closed.
What You Will Bring:
· 2+ years of sales experience in Digital Marketing, AdTech, Enterprise software or SaaS.
· A proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals in B2B industries internationally, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota over the past 12 months.
· Proof of how resourceful and entrepreneurial you are. Tell us what % of your deals are self-generated.
· Strong logical thinking, analytical and a proven history of forecasting accurately.
· Past examples of your approach to selling that is solution-oriented and consultative, and specifically where your customers had their unique needs met and expectations exceeded.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effortlessly make complex contractual, technical, and data-driven details sound simple.
· Native fluency in English & Thai.
Ideally, you will also bring
· A large network of relevant contacts.
· Experience using CRMs.
Measure of Success:
After 30 Days
· Comprehend our technology, the advertising ecosystem and our typical client’s needs in order to be able to intelligently up-sell the platform.
· Understand the ReverseAds’ business needs and develop relationships at all levels.
· Develop and communicate your sales plan. Agree on plan with the Head of B2B.
After 60 Days
· You will have independently led 20+ demos, and have 10+ active deals in your pipeline.
· Monitor and analyze your activity metrics and proactively take steps to improve results.
· Produce and deliver an accurate monthly forecast.
After 90 Days
· Produce and deliver an increased monthly forecast.
· Work closely with the Account Management Team to onboard your first campaigns.
· Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product team for new B2B product features.
